NIC Himachal Pradesh receives Skoch Order of Merit Awards

NIC Himachal Pradesh has been conferred with the prestigious Skoch Order of Merit award by the Skoch Group for the year 2015. The award was given in the category – National, for the project Electoral Rolls Management System of State Election Commission, developed by NIC Himachal Pradesh.
