NIC Himachal Pradesh receives Skoch Order of Merit Awards

NIC Himachal Pradesh has been conferred with the prestigious Skoch Order of Merit award by the Skoch Group  for the year 2015. The award was given in the category – National, for the project JailVaarta – Prisoners VC based Meetings with their Relatives, developed by NIC Himachal Pradesh.
