NIC Himachal Pradesh receives Skoch Awards

NIC Himachal Pradesh has been conferred with the prestigious Skoch award by the Skoch Group for the year 2015. The award was given in the category – National, for the project Manav Sampada – Human Resource Management System, developed by NIC Himachal Pradesh.
