Department of Prisons and NIC Himachal Pradesh receives Manthan South Asia and Asia Pacific Award for eGovernance Awards

Department of Prisons and NIC Himachal Pradesh has been conferred with the prestigious Manthan South Asia and Asia Pacific Award for eGovernance award by the Manthan Digital Empowerment Foundation  for the year 2014. The award was given in the category – International, for the project JailVaarta- Prisoners VC with Relatives, developed by Department of Prisons and NIC Himachal Pradesh.
